Michael Hadjion is a close friend of Adam’s and is also the storyboard artist for Missive. Adam suggested to Daniel about possibly using Michael as one of the victim’s in the film as he believed that Michael is good at getting shot in movies. Michael was storyboard artist, executive producer and assistant director for Adam’s previous film Alaina (2004).
Heidy Medloby recently spent a year in Canada where she made appearances in George Romero’s Land of the Dead (2005) and the hit television series Queer as Folk. Upon her arrival back in Melbourne, Heidy inquired about the role of Lynn Boyle in Missive (2007). There were no parts available but Daniel still wanted to use Heidy in the film, so he wrote in the part of Victim’s Date especially for her. Heidy is moving to Los Angeles to further pursue her acting career in mid-2007.
